Dusty notes from Pistol Pete’s spring fling thing. I think I sampled this in my Yard’s tasting mug, notes aren’t exactly lengthy. -Smells of tingly apple cider, prunes, & some floral notes. Perfumey. Honey barely lingers in the background & isn’t much of a player overall. I didn’t write much on appearance except this it was much lighter then expected. Taste is green apple, apricots, mixed berries, & grape skin tannins. Extra cup of sugar. Syrupy. A bit of plastic sensed both ways. Warming for a low abv mead.

Honey and banana aroma, maybe some plum notes. Clear rose colored. Plum and hibiscus flavor. Honey is more in the background than in any other mead I’ve had. Banana in the finish. Silky texture, light body. Really easy to drink and very delicious. I got this for the North Dakota tick, but now I want to try all of this winery’s other stuff.

bottle pours light orange with no head, still. Aroma is honey and alcohol, lots of sour plum notes. Flavor is very sweet, lots of floral honey notes with a lightly sour/bitter plum in the finish. Tastes alot better than it smells.
