Clear bright blond beer, small creamy white head, stable, a bit adhesive. Aroma: very malty, grains, hay, a bit bready, herbal notes, good. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: malty, herbal, grains, nice bitterness, herbal notes, chlorophyll, peppery touch. Aftertaste: very malty, grains, hay, dry and spicy finish.
