Newbridge is a historic pear widely known across the Three Counties and valued for its strong growing habit and reliable cropping. We have just one tree and this is the first time we have been able to bottle it as a single variety! A floral, gentle perry with roundness and drinkability. 500ml. 6%

500ml bottle from Ross on Wye, for #rgpm. Hazed yellow gold colour, white foam head that dissipates to a thin rim and aroma of perry pear, light fruit, sherberty hints. Taste is fruity, perry peary, funky notes, with some mellow lemony citrus acidity and drying tannin. Medium bodied. light carbonation, dry peary citric acidic finish. Nicely drinkable.
