I ate a springbok once, in South Africa. I still have its pelt. Draft at the source. Hazy golden color, thick white head. Aroma. Of peppery rye bread. Taste starts as sweet caramel then spiced and bitter brown bread. Light body. Not bad, but a bit light.

Golden coloured body with a bit of opacity and a thin white head. Aroma of malt, a touch of hops and some minor citrus characteristics. Light-bodied; Assertive effervescence and some strong malt up front in the taste with a dry citrus note and some very small sweet tastes. Aftertaste strong, but slightly bitter - nice. Overall, a good beer, definitely worth having if you are at the brewpub! I sampled this beer on draught in April 2010 at the brewpub.
