Ancient, seductive energies have beguiled us and our friend Sebastian Sauer of Freigeist Bierkultur. They whispered words of a beer style, old and forgotten, Germanic in origin. And it was through our obsession and our shared knowledge of the brewing rituals, we were driven to coax this elixir into being.
Strong, with tantalizing acidity and wisps of smoke interlaced throughout, the only way we knew how to tame the fiery Dortmunder-style Adambier was to encase it in red wine barrels. After 12 long months, Lilith emerged. Tantalizing notes of pipe tobacco and dark chocolate chips laced with sea salt and dried raspberries dance across the tongue. Lilith is not for the timid, but for those looking for something powerful and otherworldly, the search is over.

Stunning, a flood of vinous notes against a firm caramel and toasted grain base, with subtle dark fruit notes mixed with baking spice and a firm oak woodiness. Absolutely delicious.
