Tap @ TBBC Pours copper/reddish, beige head. Aroma is malty, roasted, light hops with hints of citrus. Flavor, roasted malts, light caramel, malty notes in the finish coupled with a bitter hoppy palate.

Light reddish golden coloured body with a thinnish off-white head. Aroma of malt, yeast and a bit of fresh citrus. Light-bodied; Shallow taste of malt and fruits with not much following behind. Aftertaste is light and refreshing, although a bit too short of real taste. Overall, probably the worst of the bunch from the brewpub, but that isnโ€™t a horrible thing...since the beers were mostly good. You could pass this one up and feel good about everything else though! I sampled this beer on draught at Tampa Bay Brewing Companyโ€™s Brewpub in Tampa (Ybor City), Florida on 10 November 2007.

Draft. Red-mahogony beer with an off-white head. Light caramel, light roast aroma. Malt, slight roast, nutty flavor with hops in the background. Medium bodied. Lingering chalky roast over caramel malt and a bit of citrus/floral hops.

Pours a clear deep copper with almost frothy like tan head. Excellent lacing. The weak aroma starts off with sugary malt sweetness followed by caramelized malts. The aroma is just too light. I can hardly really smell anything. The taste starts mild and neutral. The beer is too cold at this point. Then semi sweet roasted malts enter the picture along with a hint of astringency. Also I get a mild hop bitterness in the background. As it reaches room temperature a mild malty fruitiness wells up from the depths. Overall a mild tasting brew.
