An Italian pilsner takes a classic German pilsner base and dry hops it, adding a bright aroma. This version starts with Loral as a first wort hop, followed by Hersbrucker and Hallertau Blanc. Dry hopped with more Hallertau Blanc, it finishes as a crisp, dry lager with an acute aroma of white grape & citrus. A sip of this beer will transport you to the sunny cliffs of the Amalfi coast!

Draught @ Bad Seed Beer Fest, 2026. Pours Cloudy Yellow with a small head. Grassy, malty and smooth. Dry finish. Middle of the Road - not poor but not really good enough quality on the hops and such either. 3.3

Superficial tasting at Bad Seed Beer Fest 2026. Quite clear golden body under a white head. Aroma like a typical pilsner, grain, pale malt and noble hops with just a fruity touch. Taste is like a refreshing pilsner with just a fruity touch. Nice but not outstanding.
