Our Fifth Anniversary Cider is a special blend made to celebrate five years of cidermaking. Each year, we save some of our favorite cider fruit batches to create a unique mix that honors the last harvest and toasts the year ahead! This year’s release is made with 100% cider fruit and a custom high-tannin pressing.
You’ll catch bright aromas of fresh apple, wildflowers, and a hint of spice. On the palate, the Kingston Black and tannic blend bring bold structure, while Wickson, Golden Russet and Gravenstein add bright acidity alongside juicy citrus flavors. With hints of dried herbs, spice, and a subtle bite that reveal themselves sip after sip, this cider is both deep and complex while remaining light and refreshing.
