To celebrate Oak Manor's 5th anniversary, we've brewed something special. Our newest Brew Lab release, Champagne IPA, is brut, very dry, bright, and effervescent. Extra pale with a light body and crisp, sparkling finish, it's brewed with Pilsner malt, rice, and a complex blend of hops for a refined fruit-forward aroma and refreshing drinkability.

Poured from 473mL can. Clear-ish blonde with small white head. Brut champagne-y forward with feint hops, dry-ish finish.

473mL can. Pours clear blonde with a small white head. Cracker malts, rice, and some dry grassy pine on the nose. Flavour is fairly dry, some rice character, fairly grassy, some mineral character; a bit light on the hops. More brut and less IPA. It's okay, but I think needs a bit of tuning.

473mL can, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma has some champagne-style notes, soft hops, and some seltzery notes. Flavour is fairly dry, with very low hop bitterness/content, seltzery notes, and a touch of champagne character. Pretty lacklustre hop expression, but itβs at least drinkable. Okay.

Pale. Not much head. There''s a fair bit of allium from the hops on the nose. It's quite dry, the hop lending a bit of fruitiness, and the malt is really lean. Not bad - it really leans into the brut character. There's not actually a lot of hop character. Maybe some diacetyl in the finish.
