Draft. Variegated light brown color, bright white head, solid lacing. Aroma of vanilla, subtle booze. Taste starts with vanilla, then sour whiskey and pepper. Interesting.

Tap at Meridian Pint for the 1 year anniversary party. Aroma has some spice rye notes, and vanilla oak notes. Flavor still contained a touch of the hop character that the base beer contained, as well as a subtle vanilla character, with a pretty dominant whiskey character.
