Bottle. Hazy yellow color, thick white head. Aroma of white bread dough and lemon peel. Taste is sweet and sour lemon bread. Very malty, good body.

Bottle 33cl sample @ Arch’en Bières 7th edition 2011. Dorée trouble et un col blanc. Triple, note de levure et fruitée, malt pils et cara avec ce profile en bouche qui rappelle une lignée de bière forte belge presque de sparadrap. Pour moi, ça ne le fait pas trop. Reste haute en alcool sans plus.
