Bottle. It pours a clear, golden body and a cute, off-white to light beige head. Quite interesting aroma with a spiced peppery hint, some caramel hints, a dash of fruityness and some pine cones. Subtle. The same goes for the flavor, it’s quite subtle, maybe in need of more bitterness, but it works just fine as it is. Medium body, quite dry, and very soft on the palate. A superb session beer I think. Both tasteful, easy drinkable and dry enough to be quenching. 120516

bouteille from Cave à Bulles Paris. Hazy amber-golden colour, large off-white head, with some yeast deposit. Medium-bodied, elegant malty base with hints of caramel and roasted malts. Pleasantly hoppy finish.

Bottle. Hazy amber color, large white head with fair retention. Aroma of earthy farmhouse. Taste starts a bit sweet, then sour and dusty with lemon rind. Interesting stuff.
