Anosteké Blonde beer is a beer decidedly hoppy Flanders giving it a bitterness and a length incomparable mouth. The Anosteké Blonde has been awarded the gold medal at the Concours Général Agricole 2011. Anosteké = "tot anoste keer" expression of meaning in us "to the next"

Bottled. A hazy dark golden beer with a huge, bubbly off-white head. The aroma has notes of fruits, straw, and a bit of malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, straw, and flowers, leading to a bitter finish.

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of jaghana. Pours yellow with a slight haze and a dense and frothy white head. Sweet fruity and yeasty nose. Medium body, low carbonation, very soft mouthfeel, sweet fruit and heavy yeast with a little citrus. A little astringency in the finish. IPA?? More of a pale, strong Belgian Ale. 131011

07/05 0.33 l bottle courtesy of Doggythedog, thanks for sharing! It poured pale yellow hazy body with small head and some floating particles inside. Aromatic, but more sweet than harsh, fruity, especially peachy. Flavor is sweet, yeasty and a bit herbal hoppy. Elderflower and honey make it quite cloying. Fine long sweetish finish, very little citrus and herbal bitterness from hops. Too sweet for my taste, though I can appreciate this brew.

Botted 330ml. -Courtesy of Marko (thanks!), shared with heavy and him.
Hazy yellow/golden coloured, medium sized white head, pleasant light agrumey nose. Moderate malty, flowery hoppy and agrumey taste with touch of green apple near the end. Really nice French IPA indeed, nice surprise.

Bottle from, humm, Abbaye des Saveurs in Lille I guess. Shared with the Croatian crew. Poured a hazy dull yellow body with a medium sized thick white head. Nice sweet malty honeyish nose with distinct note of orange, maybe some other agrumes, slightly yeasty and very nice. The taste is lovely, subtle, flowery, some light agrumes, elderflower, no trace of alcohol, slightly less bitter than I hoped but overall a superb beer, better than I expected!

Bottle in Paris. Cloudy, pale gold pour with a sturdy, white head. Very grassy aroma, with zesty lemon, hay, hints of grapefruit. Flavor is quite full, medium sweet with honey, bitter with rich grass, weeds, pine and citrus. Full in body with average carbonation. Pretty warm on the finish, zesty citrus, pear, faint metal, some yeast, tons of grassy hops and pine that sticks around. Excellent beer. Perhaps the best French beer I have yet had.

bottle from Village de la Bière Strasbourg. Hazy deep golden colour, mid-sized white head. Floral-hoppy nose with hints of citrus fruit. Full-bodied, slightly yeasty malty base with lots of floral aromatic hops, shy hints of orange marmalade, orange est, citrus fruit in general. A nice IPA with a French touch.
