It’s our rye saison Amity made with spent amaro and nocino botanicals from @edarhynedistillingco. Have mercy. Amity is on the rustic side with flavorsome notes of baking spices, rye bread and peppercorn. A pleasant cold weather holiday sipper. French saison yeast and a cherrywood foudre fermentation, made from @riverbendmalt’s Cumberland Pilsner and Munich Rye with Czech Saaz hops. Gluten reduced of course. Crafted, canned and served in West Asheville at 395 Haywood Rd.

On tap at the source with the wife. Round 3-ish.
Hazy honey brown pour, lingering off-white foam.
Smells exactly like a pumpkin ale, cinnamon centric warm spices.
Cinnamon & cherry, bitter greens, dusty texture, high acid, woody tannins.
Low carb, soft palette.
Decent idea but the keg is out of season. Very meh.
