330mL can, pours a hazy pale golden with a small white head. Aroma is full of lacto upfront, lots of red wine grape skins, and rustic notes. Flavour seems fairly lacto-heavy, with gentle grape skins, rustic notes, and a touch of farmhouse character. Too much yogurty character without much depth.

355mL can. Pours murky yellow with a white head. Has a rustic, slightly peppery yeast on the nose; some hints of wine barrels. Flavour has peppery yeast, fairly rustic, a bit murky. The vinous character is coming through more on the finish; a bit of the tannins. Pretty solid.

Pale and a bit of haze. The aroma is a bit buggier than I would otherwise expected, a touch of pedio included. Good wine barrel note. Nice tartness up front, light bugginess, and then there's a decent vinous accent and finishing tannins. It's an interesting interpretation, the way that the barrel sits over top of the basic saison.
