We’ve teamed up with our friends at Cockroach Brew to bring Cockroach Lady to life, a collaboration packed with personality. For this special release, our very own “Cockroach Hop Lady” worked her magic, hauling in massive loads of mind-blowing hops to flood this West Coast IPA with an unstoppable wave of freshness and fruity notes.
It pours a bright golden color with crisp clarity and a lasting white head. The aromatic profile shines through a cutting-edge hop selection. Modern powerhouses Strata® and Krush™ (HBC 586) deliver bursts of passion fruit, ripe peach, and bright citrus zest. Meanwhile, the spotlight turns to New Zealand with the sought-after Docita™ hop, bringing distinct tropical layers of honeydew melon, creamy coconut, and an elegant resinous backbone.
On the palate, it’s a textbook West Coast IPA: clean, medium-bodied, with a dry, crisp bitterness that keeps you coming back for more.
Malts: Barley malt.
Hops: Strata® Cryo®, Dolcita and Krush™.
Doble Dryhopping: Strata® Cryo®, Dolcita and Krush™.

Tried at the source on release day, love it! Slight hazy golden with a white head. Aroma of citrus, fruits, tropical notes, light lychee, soft pineapple. Flavour is light moderate sweet and moderate bitter. Medium bodied.
