Bottle. Pours a clear amber with a gray head that dissipates nearly completely. Aroma has a combination of earthy funk, light sour fruits with a bit of underlying acid and a strong oak backbone. Flavor starts with has more sour fruits up front with a growing earthy oak note that is quite strong through the finish.

Draft. Clear amber brown color, small off white head. Aroma of vanilla, prunes, dates. Taste is smooth and softly sour with lots of dark fruits. Good character and complexity.
