Black stamp bottom right corner of the label reads: MFG10212013. Consumed on December 17, 2013. 22oz bomber into a pint glass.
The appearance is hazy golden colored body with a one finger white foamy head that quickly dies in about thirty seconds, minimal amount of sliding lacing, carbonation is seen bouncing upwards through the body at a moderate pace. The aroma has the normal aroma of a cream ale with some added ginger and malty sweetness, there seems to be some nutmeg thrown in there as well. The taste is mainly sweet through the malt, but the ginger and nutmeg adds a nice festive flavoring that makes this cream ale a bit more tastier than most of its style; super sweet malty aftertaste, slight spicy finish. On the palate, well, its kinda light, pretty sessionable for the most part as most cream ales should be, carbonation is borderline (probably the spices are trying to make it somewhat harsh) but it still maintains a worthy feel of a cream ale. Overall, whoah, where the heck did this come from, a cream ale that shows complexity? Hey, way to go Kassik’s, here’s my pat on the back to you ... well worthy of coming back to around the holidays and well worthy of finally trading one of your beers.

Bottle: Poured an amber orange clear with a thin white fluffy head. Aroma is spice and cardboard. Taste is clean with corn and grain, not a load of spice like I would have imagined.

Draft at GABBF. Hazy golden color, thick white head. Aroma of cream! Taste is butterscotch and cream. Decent.
