Nice acidity and good dryness. Some floral notes with white wine and some lemongrass-like spice. Funk and dank depth. Delicate honey and cracker-like notes balance.
Similar flavors with a malty but nicely dry texture and good bitterness. Lots of spice, tropical fruit rind and fresh squeezed citrus. Lovely balance, excellent complexity and texture. No mushy sweetness, not too thick.
