Rest In Peaches is a collaboration with Toronto's Blood Brothers Brewing. We had a lot of fun hosting "the brothers" Dustin and Brayden here to make something completely new to Slake.
This beer started its life as a normal hazy IPA, but we added peach terpenes to it. Terpenes are like essential oils which are what give something its aroma. It's what makes peaches smell... peachy.
We dry hopped it with Tropical Fusion hops from New Zealand's Freestyle Hops.
This IPA is VERY PEACHY and we think you'll like it a lot.

Draft: Poured a slightly hazy yellow color ale with a nice large foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of fresh peaches notes with some light citrusy hops undertones. Taste is also a mix of dry fresh peaches with some citrusy hops undertones and a mostly dry finish. Body is about average with good carbonation. Well brewed flavoured NEIPA with good balance between fruits and hops.
