12oz bottle pours out golden topped with a white head. Nose is pepper notes some light over ripe fruit notes and some yeast. Taste is more of the nice spice wheat notes and that fruit.

Bottle from Merwin Liquor, Falcon Hts. Gold color and a very tall, long lasting, white head. Aroma has lots of brett. Flavor is dry with more yeast, as well as an herbal character with dry grass. Bone dry finish.

One of the more interesting and unique beer names I’ve seen. The beer itself is a hazy golden color with a large light beige head with good retention. Aroma is black pepper and lemons. Taste is similar. More peppery and bitter than most saisons, and not quite as funky or barnyardy, if that’s a word.
