North American malt meets Pacific Northwest American hops for a perfectly balanced IPA. This is definitely our hoppiest beer and is a hop head cult classic!

Super Bowl Sunday 2012, Dexters. Unfiltered orange-tan, nice foamy white head, steady. Could have used a little more malt depth, straight forward golden malt tones and an orange peel citrus hoppiness. Not exactly mind blowing, sort of unrefined, but still enjoyable. Soapy finish, dry, approaching medicinal.

Sample at Kalamazoo Beer Exchange. This brew pours a clear dark orange color with a medium white head that diminishes to an outer ring. Partial rings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of floral hops, malt and fruit. Medium body with a grassy hops character and notes of citrus and sweet malt. The finish is moderately bitter hops with a fruity aftertaste. Above average overall.

On tap at Sugar Maple. Pours a near clear orangish amber with a near white head that dissipates slowly to the edges and laces slightly. Aroma has a nice combo of light flora and sweet citrus with backing grapefruit and light grain. Flavor begins with sweet citrus that grows to gave a light bitterness backed by sweet grain.

Draft at the source. Cloudy orange color. Aroma of lemon and flowers. Taste is bright citrus, lemon rind. Not overly bitter, which I like.
