Bottle at the Sumo Restaurant. Leidseplein. Amsterdam. Poured a crystal clear light amber with a round white head. The aroma is none existent. The flavour is weak bitter with a watery malt palate. Pretty awful. A drivers drink and that’s where it ends. I’d rather sell my car!

33 cl. bottle @ Rick. Drank from the bottle but is’s undoubtly going to be pale yellow with a white head. Not too promising familiair low alcohol aroma: cooked cabbage and carrots. Taste is better than expected; medium bitter with some grainy tones. Among the better Dutch low alcohol beers but still not very good

30cl Bottle from AH. Clear pale golden colour, white head. First whiff is dank, cabbage, later on light grassy, cereal. Flavour is light to medium sweet, cereal, aspartam, watery, light grassy, light aluminium bitterness. Very light-bodied, watery, but imo actually better than the regular Grolsch, because it doesn’t have the regular nasty skunky and grainy bitterness of most Grolsch beers.

Bottle, 0.5%. Clear golden colour. Small white head. The flavour is like a pale lager at first, also with a decent mouthfeel. Then comes the usual slightly too bitter bitterness that non-alcoholic beers often have. Bready finish.
