September’s Monthly Special
Malty, comforting and full of harvest character, this is a beer that celebrates the season and the grains that make it possible. A combination of barley, wheat and oat malts add layers of cereal flavour. UK hedgerow grown First Gold hops add a orange marmalade note.

Cask at the Rose and Crown, HWY, 09/09/2026.
Golden amber topped with a white head ... good lacing follows.
Nose is biscuit malt, caramel, fruit rinds.
Taste comprises brown brwad, caramel, malt forward, biscuit.
Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close.
Decent enough cask affair.
