Draft at the MSP airport location, pours perfectly clear yellow with a creamy white head. The aroma holds dry dough, straw, cereal. Light to medium sweet flavor with biscuity pale malts, dough, faint floral and lemony hops, dry cereal. Light bodied with average carbonation. Sweet finish with lightly sugary biscuits, doughy white bread, some lemon meringue. Pretty solid kolsch, really. Uncomplicated and very drinkable.

Draft. Clear yellow color, small white head. Aroma of straw. Taste is very watery bitterness.
