On tap at their Tap Room, thx Timo & Fabi! Bit hazy golden body, off-white head. Honeyish, bit herbal, slightly resinous aroma. Dry taste, low pear esters, light floral and herbal hoppiness, slightly minerally. Low bitterness. Clean, chuggable, they hit the spot they were aiming at perfectly! Will it be the most interesting beer of your day? Unlikely. Will it be one of those you'll probably want to repeat? Probably!
