Special, original aroma: elderflower and elderberries, cannabis. Good body, with some sweetness, malty, roun, very well balanced, till a good final, hoppy and quite strong.
The Special has improved a lot, becoming a very original one!

Orange, pale amber colour, thin collar of creamy head. Very nice aroma, of hop, lighter than the Blonde and the Blanche. Good malty taste, with a residual sweetness. The malt and hop are good but less interesting than the Blonde; the hop shows up again in a very good final. There is a subtle note quite original, probably the hemp

Gold lager. Wonderful hop aroma, fruiter then the 'blond'. Very similar to the 'blond', equilibrate and nice hop final, but the hemp adds a new element that lightly differentiates it; heavier body.

Sampled draught at Lago Lodge, Nidau
Hazy amber with very little head. Fruity and estery, bubblegum and perhaps some hemp comes across. Lovely soft malt character. Mild finish with just a hint of bitterness.
