Il gusto al naso trova prima il lievito, poi il luppolo ed infine il frumento. L’intensità olfattiva è normale e la persistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma ha una buona tenuta ed è voluminosa, ma la grandezza delle bollicine è grossolana. La consistenza del liquido è limpida. Le bollicine sono medie. La carbonazione è eccessiva, persistente ed insistita. Il colore è giallo dorato carico. Il corpo è pieno. L’amaro è deciso. L’intensità gustativa è elevata e la persistenza gustativa è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali sono luppolate. Il finale è amarognolo e lungo. Il retrogusto è intenso. Il tetto della bocca si riempie di frumento, fiori, agrumi e caldo.

Bottle courtesy of Holy, shared with Ryan at the Chinese hooch near NATO headquarters, in Germany obciously. Gusher. The absolute cloudiest "birra chiara" I have ever seen in my entire life, with giant chunkies and multiple floaties. Aroma of straw and light spice. Taste is similar, plus some rising bread dough. Interesting stuff.
