"Tout est Bon dans le Cochon" is a unique blonde beer infused with smoked ham. This craft beer offers a distinctive taste experience, combining smoky notes with malty flavours. It is ideal for lovers of bold beers and fine charcuterie.
The brewing of this beer begins with a rigorous selection of malts and hops. Pilsen and Munich malts are used, providing a balanced and slightly sweet malty base. Saaz hops—renowned for their floral and spicy aromas—are also employed. What makes this beer unique is the addition of smoked ham during the brewing process; the ham is first smoked over premium woods and then incorporated into the beer during fermentation, allowing the smoky aromas to blend harmoniously with the beer's flavours.

330ml bottle from Racines, Cassel. Pours a rosey burnished amber, with a smart white head. Made with actual smoked ham apparently.. can't recall seeing that before.. certainly smoky, smoked wood and ash rose to the top, definite ham notes.. not as smoky as the bateaux beer but still very nice
