GROM is a Grisette with lime zest.
Grisette is a Belgian beer style historically associated with the Hainaut region. Like Saisons, Grisettes were served to miners and farm workers.
They are light, refreshing, fruity beers with low bitterness.
The use of wheat and spelt alongside barley malt creates a subtle body with lovely notes of fresh grain.
Lime zest adds a zesty, aromatic twist that pairs beautifully with the rustic grains.

🥖 Pilsner barley malt, wheat malt, and spelt malt.
🥦 Brewers Gold, Saaz, and Strisselpalt hops.

330ml bottle from Racines, Cassel. Pours a hazed golden colour, small white head. Really delightful grisette, balanced gentle saison yeast, just a light hint of lime which is fine, tho could've benefited from a little more, lovely drop in the September sun 🌞
