7/III/26 - 33cl bottle, shared with Bart, Ricardo, Klaas and Fred @ Fred’s Canarian Tasting (my home), BB: I/2027, lot: 2500043 (2026-281) Thanks to Fred for sharing the beer!
Jaira Cerveza - Lavara Helles Bock 6.7%
Clear gold yellow beer, small creamy irregular dense yellowish head, unstable, a bit adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: very malty, grains, hay, cow fodder. MF: ok carbon, full body. Taste: nice, very malty, grains, gentle bitterness, sweet touch, hoppy notes. Aftertaste: ever so slightly acidic, a bit fruity, sweet malts, hoppy finish, lovely beer!
