In our Normandy orchards, tradition meets creativity. Organic blueberries from our orchards have slowly macerated in our cider. This patient process gives rise to a rare cuvée, featuring a delicate hue and an intense, elegant, and unique fruit aroma—a still (non-sparkling) organic cider produced in a limited batch.

75cl bottle from the producer. Pours a deep hazed purple, still. Aroma brings luscious blueberry, natural and not overly sweet. Soft palate with gentle pulp, medium bodied with good blueberry integration to a medium sweet cider, not overly complex with just enough blueberry shining through. Nicely done.
