TDH Grassman is a TDH Honey Double IPA.
Grassman has long been one of our absolute favorites from waaayyy back in the BrewCafé catalog, with this iteration updated with that heavy duty secondary dry hop we all know & love =)
Brewed with soft 'n' fluffy oats and local wildflower honey, and fermented with our expressive house ale yeast. Dry hopped intensely with Citra and Nelson Sauvin from our selections in Washington and New Zealand.
Notes of freshly squeezed tangerine, honeydew sorbet, sweet mango nectar, lychee gummies, and lots & lots of, uh, grass, man.

473ml can. Pours a murky gold with a white head. Aroma of mango, mandarin, gummy bears, honey. Taste is sweet, tropical and citrus fruits, mango, mandarin, vinous, gooseberry, slightly dank/herbal, honeyed sweetness is noticeable, a tad floral, softens the hop bitterness. Medium-full bodied.
Bought this blind so didn't realise it had honey in it. It didn't make it too sweet, in fact I'd say it's a very well judged addition. Really enjoyed this.
