On tap at Mugs Alehouse, Brooklyn NY on 27th July 2011. Hazy amber with white head and no lacing. Aroma is intensely fruity with ginger and spice notes. Exquisite in mouth: ginger, herbs, smoked fish (discreet)salt & pepper, lemon citrus. The finish is complex: spicy, smoky and lemony then sweet but not heavy. Zingy rewarding texture. Gorgeous.

Draught at St. Augustine, Vancouver
Cloudy light amber color. The aroma is perfumy, a bit herbal and spicy, soapy. The flavor is sweetish, and as described by the recipy is a mix of everything, resulting in a honeish herbal spicy (ginger is evident) concoction.
I don’t know if this potion can heal anybody, and it’s not the kind of beer I prefer, but it’s a funny, drinkable experiment.
