Draft. OK, it must have been very late in the session when I tried this one, because my notes just say "sweet" and w whole bunch of exclamation points.

12oz bottle pours a brilliantly clear deep ruby amber with 20 second tan head. The aroma is full with esters such as sweet cherries, raspberries and sugar sweetened cranberries. I get a touch of maybe malt in the background. The flavor delivers ripe red apple, ripe cherries and a moderate level of tart raspberries all rolling slowly into brief moments of almost candy like rauch malts. Cool! Some rauch? Into the finish it picks up a mild chalky yeasty sense as well as dry roasted malts to go along with everything else. Interesting brew.

Bottle from a trade with phillybeer7779. Labeled as Belgian Brown. Pours dark reddish copper color with tan head. Aromas of dark fruits and raspberries and some Belgian yeast. Sweet raspberry flavor with some candy sugar and raisins. Not getting any cacao or vanilla. Artificial and medicinal tastes are overwhelming. Medium body with lively carbonation. Thanks Rich.

Bottle from michael-pollack. Bottling No. "Belgian Brown". Pours dark ruddy amber with a creamy light beige head. Fairly strong aroma of raspberries. Med+ body. Flavor is raspberry followed by chocolate. And it stays that way. Slightly sour, slightly sweet, very raspberry and chocolate.
