Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of joergen. Pours a cloudy opaque golden with an off-white head. Very fresh peachy hop aroma. Body is only medium, very fruity, somewhat yeasty with the peachy hops returning in the finish leaving a dry bitterness. Nice one. 290911

cloudy orange, small smooth white head. very nice dry hoppy aroma. flavor is dry, slightly grapefruity, american hops. pretty solid iipa.

50cl bottle, courtesy of Dunbar72 and shared with Gnoff. Orangée, brumeuse, col épais blanc.Arôme offre un beau bouquet houblonné et de fruits tropicaux; ananas et mangue. En bouche, fruité, toujours, ananas, pamplemousse, mangue, houblon américain avec une petite note d’épices et une forte présence de citron. Reste un peu résineux sur la fin et herbacé.

Bottle bought at Systembolaget on August 3. Consumed the same day. Pours a hazy orange liquid. Smell is an intense fruit salad filled with mango, pineapple and grape. Taste is bitter with a well rounded sweetness with clear notes of tropical fruit. A very good IIPA and one of the best Swedish beers I’ve tasted so far.

En riktig höjdare från Sveriges stabilaste bryggeri. Riktigt fullpumpat med humle. Doften är fantastisk, redan här känner man att det kommer att bli beskt. Färskpressad grape, mango, lite fläder och tall. Stor något oljig munkänsla, söt, stark, fruktig och rejält besk, men i bra balans. Sveriges bästa DIPA, ja kanske bästa öl någonsin. För 22,90! Otroligt roligt för alla svenska ölälskare.

Bottle. Hazy golden/orange with a medium head. Very nice fruity aroma, the taste was also very good but not as good as the aroma. Nice bitterness with a lot of grapes. A very good DIPA from Sweden, thanks!

Orangey amber colour with a slight haze. Thick head. Aroma is sweaty lychees, cat’s pee, peaches and ripe fruit. Flavour is ripe, sweet fruit, peaches, fresh wood, nuts and some toffee. Massive and long bitterness. Flavourful yet balanced. Really, really good!

On tap at Man in the Moon. Cloudy, deep amber liquid with small off-white head. Hoppy aroma with notse of grapefruit, citrus, pine but also a quite nice malty base with caramel and similar notes. Taste is (for the style) medium bitter with nice malt base and nice dryness. Medium bodied with OK carbonation. Quite refreshing for a DIPA. Well done! Re-rating 20110808, this time from bottle. Clear, amber liquid with medium off-white head. Aroma is hoppy with notes of tropical fruits, peach, grapefruit, pine, mango, spruce needles and some caramel malt. Taste is also nicely fruity with light sweetness, medium to heavy bitterness with nice dryness. Medium bodied with appropriate carbonation and light alcoholic burn. This one’s really good, a lot better than the previous batch. Great value for money, 23 kr ($3.5) is, in Sweden, unbeatable for a DIPA this good.
