We’ve taken our dark farmhouse base and dry hopped it with Falconer’s Flight and Centennial hops. The combination of yeast and hops create an explosion of flavors, and this beer will continue to develop as it ages.

Bottle from Gambrinus. Pours a deep brown to black with a huge tan head that lingers. Lots of woody, earthy brett in the nose. Dark cacao, tart fig and more wood. Good carbonation with a cola-like mouthfeel. Long, lingering dry bretty finish with some light tartness.

Craft Tottenham Court Road. Keg. With Nina and Ted. Almost opaque dark brown beer, tidy pale tan head. Quite a sourish Flemish Red character to the ’saison’. Light bretty bitterness and a little red wine. Mild sourness. Touch of dark chocolate. Light finish. Tasty enough.

Bottle, 0.50l. Pours almost black with large frothy light brown head and nice lacing. Aroma of barnyard, citrus, berries, funk, a bit of sweat, caramel and mild roasted malt. Taste starts with medium sweet roasted malt, chocolate and black currant, following is yeasty, funky, leathery and roasty, mouthfeel is a bit dry, warming and mild spicy, while finish is moderate bitter. Medium body, slick texture and lively carbonation in palate. Ape star...

Fat på CBC 2016. Smak och doft av choklad, citrus, grapefrukt, rostad malt med toner av brett. Lagom sötma, rund och len, något oljig, fin balans, beska med smak av citrusskal. Gott!

Bottle. It’s a dark, dark brown beer with a dense tan head. Some lacing. The aroma is quite funky, leathery and barnyardish, with coffee, some licorice and roasted malts. There’s a nice sweetness in the mouth, still it’s mostly dry, with a pleasant bitterness. Funky, roasted flavor that lasts for a good while. Really pleasant this one, I like the funkyness really good. 160813
