We’ve taken our dark farmhouse base and dry hopped it with Falconer’s Flight and Centennial hops. The combination of yeast and hops create an explosion of flavors, and this beer will continue to develop as it ages.

Bottle from The Davis Beer Shoppe. Pours dark brown with a tan head. Aroma of light brett, earth, citrus, fruits. Med body or so. Flavor rather matches aroma. Except some treacle notes follow the brett. Something suggests a bit of chocolate. ? Rather tasty.

Bottle from Florida Huge earthy citrus and pine on the nose backed up by some malty caramel and spicy yeasty phenols and just a touch of funk. Dark brown color with a faint garnet at the edges with a huge bubbly tan head that persists forever. Light toffee and caramel maltiness with plenty of citrus and earthy hop flavor. Light spice, funk, and hop bitterness round this out nicely. Pretty tasty hoppy dark saison.

Draft at Fermentoren. Near black with a tan head. Aroma of Brett, peppery saison yeast, light roast and citrus. Flavour is light moderate sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with light to moderate carbonation.
