We’ve taken our dark farmhouse base and dry hopped it with Falconer’s Flight and Centennial hops. The combination of yeast and hops create an explosion of flavors, and this beer will continue to develop as it ages.

Bottle. Pours clear reddish black, large puffy tan head, slow to dissipate, nice if clumpy lacing. Aroma is hoppy, lemongrass, pine, herbal, citrus. Flavor is light tart, light bitter, herbal and citrus hops, some roast and pepper notes as well. Medium body. This is interesting. I don’t think I have had many dark sour dry hopped beers.

Bottle thanks to cgarvieuk dregs run. Appearance - dark brown to black and opaque. Nose - white pepper and bitter chocolate. Taste - a bit winey and nutty. Really nutty. Light spice. Palate - close to medium bodied with a creamy yet tangy texture and a long dry finish. Overall - really interesting beer.

Draft at the RateBeer Best Festival 2016. Pours really muddy brown with a creamy, tan head. The nose holds brett funk and toasted bread. Moderately sweet, with lots of poopy diaper, light earth, melon, orange. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Finishes with more funky poo notes. Not bad.
