Our dream begins with open-top fermentation. At high krausen, a foamy, rocky yeast head crests the sides of the fermenter releasing notes of black pepper and spicy clove. Unfiltered and cloudy with yeast, it’s slightly tart and downright refreshing.

Draught at Jet Rock Bar and Grill in Terminal B of PHL. Dark gold with full white head. Hazy - OK for style. A fair amount of tartness here.

Bottle pour into pint glass from One Stop Market. Appearance is clear, golden yellow with tons of sparkle, 1 1/2 finger-width white fizzy head with good retention and minimal lacing. Aroma is strong banana and clove. Taste is as aroma. Palate is light bodied with thin texture, soft to average carbonation with sweet banana finish. Overall, a light and refreshing wheat beer with strong aroma and flavor with gorgeous appearance.

Bottle from Kroger. Pours golden with a huge white head. Smells of green banana and grass. Taste is ripe banana with grass and toast. Not bad. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

355ml bottle [I’m deeply indebted to David for this one]. Hazy golden colour with average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Fruity, wheaty, slightly herbal and yeasty spicy aroma, notes of banana, some clove, cautious hints of mustard and tarragon, a touch of orange. Taste is rather dry, wheaty, minimally tart, slightly spicy yeasty, minimally bready and strawy, a lemon and orange touch, cautious banana basis; gentle, minimally too flat carbonation. Excellent handling and wonderful balance of sweet, tart, and dry components.

Bottle part of mix six from random grocery. Dirty blonde beer. Nose is banana and spices. Tastes of cloves, ginger, banana, wheat, bubblegum, some lemony citrus. Spritzy palate spicy and fruity finish.

Pours a light yellow, slightly hazy, from a bottle. Aroma is slightly banana-y, with some bread dough. Flavor is deliciously bitter, wheat, with some mango in the background.
