Our dream begins with open-top fermentation. At high krausen, a foamy, rocky yeast head crests the sides of the fermenter releasing notes of black pepper and spicy clove. Unfiltered and cloudy with yeast, it’s slightly tart and downright refreshing.

Pours hazy amber with a thick white head. Immediate, rich, aroma typical of a wheat beer. Tastes like bananas and cloves. Palate includes spices (nutmeg), bananas and malt notes. Smooth, very good hefeweizen

I got this bottle in a trade with Wasatch. Thanks John!
Nice cloudy yellow-orange pour, small head of foam that shrinks quickly. Almost no lacing.
The smell is nice with notes of wheat, yeast, some light spiciness, a bit of clove, good banana.
The taste follows the nose; wheat, banana, yeast, clove, other spices, and a bit of lemon zest in the finish. It's close to medium bodied and very refreshing indeed. And talk about drinkable, I could down a few of these easily. Very easily!
A very good example of the style and one that I can easily recommend!

12 ounce bottle. Bright medium gold color. Moderate sized pillowy white head. Fragrant wheat malt nose has hints of banana and clove. Light fruity malt flavor benefits from the addition of the Munich and Pilsner malts. They add a touch more balance and body. Banana and clove flavors are more subdued in flavor. Grassy hops in finish. Tasty as an American Wheat, with Bavarian influences.
