Pours a golden color in glass. Nose and taste of strong honey, light malts, caramel. Rated 10/24/2000

boring spring ale from a brewer that im liking less and less. no head, which could have been a bad pour, nothing interesting about the color or the aroma. taste was very bland and although they advertise the honey added during the making process, nothing in the flavor besides some grass and some sticky sweetness. wont make the mistake again.

Pours deep gold into a shaker. Bright white head with medium retention recedes leaving spotted lacing. Honey and malt aromas. Soft to flat with honey and caramel. Lasting slight pepper and citrus finish. Chuggable.
