Draft. Bright hazy golden color. Aroma of straw. Taste has soft sourness. Decent character.

Last of the cask thanks to Bryan at the Bruery. Pours with a large white head over a murky golden body. Aroma is funky and very spicy with notes of dryness and horse. Taste is dry, husky, spicy and lightly phenolic. Couldn’t really tell too much of a difference between this and a cask of regular de Lente (as that is also fermented with brett). Cask mouthfeel with light bubbles.
