Caramel color with a trace soapy white head. Sweet with strong toffee, apple and an off note. Long finish. Medium body.

22 Oz Bomba. hazy gritty murky yellow brown. Almost no carbonation. Deep apple and spice nose. Light vanilla oak and apple.

Pours a murky golden brown. It smells of caramel, maple syrup, vanilla, and apples. The taste is sweet with ripe apples, caramel, and maple syrup. Complex and really tasty, this is an excellent cider.

Bottle at BCS. Aroma is great. Apples, light funk, spice. Initially get the cinnamon but it is overwhelmed later. Taste is lovely, firstly apples, then sweetness, vanilla, pfeffernusse, rich and fruity. Little bit of spice but very smooth. Low carbonation. Really nice!

650ml bottle shared with my wife. Pours a hazy pale orange-gold with no head. Sweet, tart aroma of apples and cinnamon. Sweet flavour of apples, maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon and faint yeast with a slightly tart finish. Medium body with a silky smooth texture and flat carbonation. Enjoyable, very tasty. A world class Cider.

Bottle. Cinnamon, maple/vanilla, sour apple, and straw aroma. Golden yellow. Very sweet maple, light cinnamon, apple juice and lightly bitter straw flavor. Nice body. Very sweet but nice.

Tap at Marciero. Glowing orange-amber with lace. nose of apple, some cinnamon, a bit of citrus. Huge juicy apple flavor, sweet and sour, lusciously balanced between them. Lightly but well spiced. Full and silky. This is really delicious, yet although it is not cloying, it is a bit too sweet to drink in quantity. These guys make great cider, though I prefer the tarter one.
