Our organic winter seasonal stems from a long tradition of needing warmth in our cold northern solstice. Lightly spiced with cinnamon, vanilla and maple syrup to cradle in your hands and warm your hearts.

Muddy Amber brown color. Big sweet nose with notes of stewed apples, vanilla, cinammon, with slight tartness. The mouth has low carbonation, slightly cloying, moderately sweet. Nice balance between sweetness and tartness. Lingeringn stewed apples and cinammon finish. Nice stuff.

Sample courtesy of BiiruBierBeer, thanks Charles. It has a slightly hazy gold body. The aroma offers up straight up apple and a dash of earthiness. The taste is smooth sweet rich apple that again has an ever so slight sort of earthiness going on at the perceptible edges of the experience.

Bomber from Total Wine in Sacramento, CA. Pours gold. Aroma is apple with a hint of cinnamon. Med body or nearly. Flavor is fairly sweet. apple. Small touch of cinnamon, and could be maple. Gets a little tart. But the finish is rather sweet.

Bottle courtesy of weihenweizen. Cloudy golden yellow, no head per usual for cider. Musty sweet tart apple, light spice, vanilla, and maple aroma. Very sweet apple, musty yeast, maple, cinnamon, and vanilla flavor. Medium body, soft carbonation. Very nice, but a bit too sweet for my personal taste. I like my cider on the dry side.

Refrigerated bottle poured into a white wine glass. Pours slightly hazy light golden, low carbonation, aroma apple with a hint of cinnamon. Taste is complex sweet rich apples, some cinnamon, some vanilla, and a hint of maple syrup. This is a really wonderful cider.

Pours clear gold into a snifter. White head quickly recedes to nothing. Apple and cinnamon aromas. Soft with sweet apple, cinnamon and maple front to back. Little to no apparent alcohol other than in the warmth.

Bomber. Pours a slightly hazy pale yellow with no head. Has a nice aroma of apples and cinnamon. Smells like wintertime. Has a fantastic spiced flavor. Highly carbonated. Best cider I’ve ever had by far. Makes me look forward to colder days.

Bottle. Courtesy of Will and Mike, thank you gentlemen! Bright golden color. Tons of apple, lemon in the nose. Lots of apple flavor, clean and bright taste, a great palate cleanser. Good stuff.

Bottles from Whole Foods. Consumed in between the holidays from pint glasses. Disturbed sediment, out the cider came a hazy(though vibrant) gold. Thin, skim milk head. Chalky cinnamon, mild bulk cider(edging towards sweet), small hint of maple syrup, citric acid, & a hearty amount of doughy yeast round out the smell. Taste-wise, spices aren’t intense, though you could say the amount of vanilla used is a bit much. Mushy golden delicious apples(apple complexity is mostly lost in this blend), caramelized without the added body(thankfully). Sweet & not much acidity. The alcohol is more then noticeable on the finish. Mouthfeel is powdery with a slight heft to it. Decent beaded carbonation that could take to being a bit stronger even. A nice change of pace.

Even mix of apples and cinnamon on the nose. Clear amber. Sweet fresh apple flavor, a little body, and cinnamon toward the end. Very much like liquid apple pie.
