On tap at Pizza Port Carlsbad’s Barrel Blast. Pours with a hazed brown body and a thin off-white head. Aromas are smokey and bacony with bourbon and maple. Flavors are of smoke, ash, caramel and bacon. Finishes quite bitter.

Draft at Pizza Port Carlsbad barrel event. Very nice smoked flavor, subtle, but a bit overpowered by the booze. Not bad though.
