Sample at CBC 2016, my first one from Bokkereyder. Dark purple/red with almost no head. A lot of cherries, both in the aroma and taste. Also wine barrel and sour berries. The body was fairly light and the carbonation relaxed. Smooth and really refreshing.

Tap at CBC ’16. Clear purple red with a ring pink head. Huge fruity cherry aroma, tart cherry, and a light funk. Flavour is light moderate sweet and sour. Medium bodied with a thick texture and very soft carbonation.

Bottle at CBC, yellow session. Pours deep red. Spicy brew, smooth and sweet taste of cherry. Balanced.

From tap. Pours dark red with a small pink head. Aroma is dense cherry and wineous. Dry and cherry. Wooden, herbal and solid fruity. Bitter, dry and cherry finish.
