375ml Bottle with a huge thanks to JohnGalt1. Pours out a cloudy pink/amber topped with a small head. Aroma was great lots of raspberry, funk, oak, vanilla, some cherries, and a nice light spice. Taste was lead buy the raspberries following a nice light grapefruit bitterness. A nice vanilla, tart, oak, and the spice is holding on. Very happy I got to try this treat.

Bottle shared by Ryan at his and Paul’s 5000th celebration, thanks! Poured a cloudy pinkish orange with a white head that dissipated to the edges. Aroma was full of raspberries (mainly tart, hint of sweetness) with a nice funk note and a bit of acid. Flavor started with acidic raspberries and mellows to more of a tartness with a funk note.

Rating number 4700. Bottle thanks to thirdeye11. Pours with a hazed strawberry blond hued body with a white head. Aroma is excellent: fresh fruit, raspberries, kirschwasser, huge funk, huge acidity. Really nice, bright and fresh! Taste: Huge tartness and acidity up front. Fruity and finishes dry. Funky, oaky tannic. Raspberry pits. Easily every bit as good as Beatification with Raspberries sounds...and then some. Really a great showing of fresh vibrant malic acid from the fruit with the lactic acid of the bugs. Dry, lively and fresh. Amazing!

Big props to Dak for supporting the boobies and sharing this bottle at the LCBS 10. Grapefruit in color with wonderful raspberry and funk aromas. This wild ale does not disappoint! Crisp and bubbly with raspberry and tart fruit flavors. 375 ml corked and caged bottle shared by mreusch, always whipping out the awesome Cali sours. The pour is a beautiful color, its a dark grapefruit pink and has a small head. The beer becomes thicker looking with the later pour. Aroma is wonderful and to me it comes off as watermelon with strong raspberry perfume and sweet rose characteristics. There are so many wonderful characteristics, its lightly sweet, fruity, and very lively in the aroma. Flavor is very spiky and lively yet not sweet watermelon and raspberry. Its fruity and drying and not sugary, a perfect balance. Very tart and berry-fruitiness abound. The mouthfeel was very drying. This was a pleasure to drink, thanks again Matt.

A huge thank you to Cameron for sharing this one with me, Arne, Alex Liberati, Vinnie from Pizza Port, and Fabrizio. Pours cloudy pink, huge large pink head, gusher. Aroma of strong fruit. Taste is massive fruit, some citrus, mildly sour, with just a touch of funk. Nice stuff.

375 ml corked and caged bottle shared by mreusch. Pour is cloudy, chunky pinkish rose color, with a whitish head that falls fast. Aroma is a watermelon fruit, along with a muted sour tartness. Soft, really gentle nose. Taste is shockingly sour and tart, more then the nose suggested. The watermelon notes carry through, which is a first for me. The raspberry also jumps out, it is nice and natural, and fully integrated. Mostly this is about bright lemon tartness and sour brightness. Palate is a highly carbonated affair, with thin to medium body. Really bright and refreshing. I was very happy to have tried this, thanks Matt.
