Flavor is light sweet, wheat, light yeast, light spice, light herbs, little earthy, light fruit. Medium body, average carbonation, light sweet finish. 200718

[2/12/15] Draught at Russian River in Santa Rosa. Cloudy pale yellow. Aroma of wheat, citrus and coriander. Wheaty flavor, spicy, with a bit of citrus and a spicy finish. Light to medium-bodied.

On tap @ Russian River. Pours a hazy light yellow appearance with a white head. Aroma has some grass, black pepper, and light fruit and thankfully isn’t dominated by a bunch of spice junk. Lemon, light tart flavor. Bone dry. Bready / crackery. Super easy drinking. Would fuck.

Keg at RR, Santa Rosa, 27/04/14. Hazed pale golden blonde with a moderate off white swirl that retains well. Nose is light spice, lemon rind, straw, soft bread dough, orange peel. Taste comprises lemon rind, subtle vanilla, clove, straw, spice. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close laced with grassy herbals. Ok wit.
