Bottle split 5-ways at Grote Dorst. Pours hazy bright orange with a small white head. Aroma is a huuuuge apricot bomb, sweet esters, wet forrest lambic funk, citrus, pear, light vinegary notes. God this smells good. Taste is once again a goddamn apricot bomb. Lactic, citric, esters, lemony, light vinegary tartness in the back along the same wet forrest funk. This is super delicious. Very excited to see how this develops with time.

[ As Bokkereyder Ghost Lambic - Abrikoos ].Murky matt medium orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate pale malt, moderate yeasty, barnyard, leather, saison yeast, apricot. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light moderate acidic with a long durationm tart, apricot, funky, saison yeast, farmyard, dry. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20170429] 8-3-8-3-17 IMO. the different between those two bottles, was that the bottle in Greece was much more yeasty than the bottle I got in Copenhagen. The more yeast makes it much more mellow and not as fruity apricot fresh - tart - fruity .. I much more prefered the more clear and not as yeasty version. Reason for the more yeast in Greece is most likely because of transport to the tasting .. where in Copenhagen it just moved from cellar to the table.

Bottle at the radikal whale slaying. Thnx to FX. Pours unclear orange, small white head; Smell is rich, fruity, some sourness, wet fruits, rather intense. Taste is rather intense, fruity ( apricot, that is), decently sour. Very complex, depth, rather lacto-orientated funk. Some wood. Very nice, but not nearly as good as the raspberry versions.

(Tap sample @ CBC 2016 Green Session, Copenhagen) Pours hazy medium gold with a white head. Aroma has some apricot tartness, not overly strong, light to moderate farmhouse funk, yeasty, pale malt, slightly peppery. Flavour of light to moderate apricot, lightly tart, a bit saison-like but lambic fairly dominant, yeast, dry grass, soft peach. A little acidic on the finish. Medium bodied, average carbonation. Nice enough, but not a standout among apricot beers, prefer the concentration of the full on Abrikoos.

Note based rating. Hope to improve on it in the future:Bottle @ Akkurat. Hazy apricot orange pour with a small white head. Dusty fleshy apricot nose with evident lemon juice. Heavy acidity with plenty of fruit. Vanilla wood hints. Light cobweb and dusty attic funk. Light saison spicyness. Quite nice!
